I will be exhibiting at DETOUR Hong Kong along with the rest of SCAD HK’s 3d design students. It’s an exciting event held at the Former Police Married Quarters on Hollywood Road. It opens on the 25th of November and runs till December 11. Hope you could visit and support us!

The goal was to create a design fit for a tote bag with a “Spring/Summer” theme in mind. My pattern is inspired by belladonna lilies with romantic warm colors to compliment the linework. I’ve been compiling artwork for my creative folio and sifted through my old drawings to see if there’s anything I can update. Here’s Giuliano and I’ve really done a lot to refine the details and give it a more updated feel. Very satisfied with how it turned out.
The Gesture Drawing Tool
This is what I’ve been doing everyday lately and it’s very helpful practice for people taking up art without access to live models.
It’s this amazing tool that flashes references for you to draw in a specified amount of time. It has everything from nude and clothed models as well as animal references of various kinds - including skeletons! It’s really fun practice and I totally encourage people to give it a shot.
The Tiger & the Lotus Trap
What you see is a work in progress. I can’t imagine how it’s going to end up full colored but I will be working on it extensively since it’s for a friend’s project that is due to launch this September. Hope you’d watch out for it!
When Will My Life Begin, a very personal entry
Or in other words, why my Tumblr went dark for a couple months.
This will be an incredible block of text which I will discreetly put in a cut…. It is not often that I can bare my feelings on my tumblr but this needs to be addressed. I haven’t been posting in here at all for one very important reason:
I didn’t and absolutely could NOT allow myself to see spoilers on Tangled.
And I didn’t have the heart to unfollow the blogs who talk about it so often. And it may seem like a frivolous thing to most of you, but this movie means SO MUCH to me. And this probably needs a better explanation which begins… now.
