I’ve been compiling artwork for my creative folio and sifted through my old drawings to see if there’s anything I can update. Here’s Giuliano and I’ve really done a lot to refine the details and give it a more updated feel. Very satisfied with how it turned out.

CONGRATULATIONS SLEEPWALK CIRCUS for winning Best Guitarist/s and Best Album Packaging! It was truly a gift to have been part of this collaborative effort.
This is an artwork I’ve done for a friend’s band called Sleepwalk Circus. It’s been later updated for the track list of their album which is due to launch sometime next month! Details to follow soon. :) But to get you guys going, here are a couple of teasers (1 and 2) of their music.
Things have been picking up lately. To take the edge off of soul searching and other stresses, I tried drawing something based on a book I’ve recently finished. The Orange Girl is a wonderful read, and I knew I just had to draw something though generic it may be.
This is a departure from how I usually draw. Very clean pencils and topped with photoshop flats and effects.
Sometimes it feels like my mind is about to explode.
Other times it feels like there’s a black hole.
My new ritual is to draw a self portrait on this day every year ♥ My hair’s a mess and I probably got the bits wrong since I’m referencing from a mirror, but I am quite pleased with the result :D
Drawn on moleskine, colored with a bit of watercolor pencils and dry brushed white acrylic. Hope everyone has a wonderful day!!! ♥
I’ll be home again, to the place that might’ve been.
I realized last week that in order to create the change I want to make, I need an incredible amount of power, influence, or money. And it scares me that I have suddenly found that need or rather I was forced into a circumstance that compels me to need.
I no longer have the privilege of waiting. I have to start reaching.
I’m filled to the brim with a strange lightness of being.
This ain’t a crime, no. I’m calling for mercy
Now it’s time, please pray for me.

I just entered a contest hosted by Design by Humans. I don’t know if they will accept my design as of yet. But here’s the finished baby none the less. I drew this for the Incubus contest.
