The Tiger & the Lotus Trap
What you see is a work in progress. I can’t imagine how it’s going to end up full colored but I will be working on it extensively since it’s for a friend’s project that is due to launch this September. Hope you’d watch out for it!
I’ve made a lot of these study drawings on tigers and lions so I apologize for the ‘flood’. Here’s another one but drawn without any reference at all. Did some experimenting with my personal texture stocks too.
Even if it seems otherwise, I am alive and apparently still drawing. This is a study which was eventually regarded as unneeded and unnecessary for something I am currently working on. Still, I had a ton of fun drawing these and have found great healing in drawing animals. Nature is a wonderful fountain of inspiration. And with that I’d like to promote fuckyeahmothernature!
